Device-as-a-Service — Replior owns all sensors and backend systems. Four pillars: study startup, device availability (rental), data platform (per participant per month), and deployment kit per participant. Bilateral wear doubles hardware and applies a 1.5× data fidelity rate.

Same ring platform and DaaS structure as ScratchSense. Pharma and Medical Device tiers are value-based; the Academic tier is cost-informed — the sensor monthly fee auto-adjusts to the target margin (floor €15). Planned launch June 2026.

Fully managed, all-inclusive device provisioning: the device, cellular connectivity with data plan, shipping and return, configuration and lockdown, full insurance and chargers — one fixed rate per device per month, set by country zone. A one-time service setup fee of €2,500 applies, plus a service base fee of €600/month per started 100 devices, running as long as a single device is in operation (normally the full provisioning period). Typical need: 15% of participants (Germany 30%). Minimum 24-month provisioning period.
